Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) leave millions of dollars in federal funds on the table each year due to limited institutional capacity, and because federal agencies have limited knowledge of HBCUs. Addressing the relevant barriers will allow HBCUs full access to these research and program dollars. The HBCUHubEx website aims to support these impactful institutions by serving as an online HBCU research office.
