About The Cultural Equity Lab

The Cultural Equity Lab (CEL) helps leaders build inclusive, equitable organizations through research-driven strategy and actionable guidance. Founded in 2018 and based in Beltsville, Maryland, we partner with public agencies and nonprofits committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in their workforce and programs. Our equity frameworks have helped organizations strengthen internal practices and measure the real-world impact of their work.
