RTAC
Board members Pearline Tyson and Shanelle Haile recently completed a project in partnership with the US Agency for International Development's (USAID) Research and Technical Assistance Center (RTAC). The project examines the barriers HBCUs have experienced in partnering with USAID. This project and Pearline and Shanelle's work as researchers on diversity and inclusion within development agencies was recently featured in RTAC's African American History Month's celebration:

Cultural competency Audit tool (CCAT)
The CCAT is a tool currently under development.
The CCAT will be available to organizations to identify diversity gaps and areas for improvement. Organizations will also have to option to have GIPR staff implement the tool, provide specialized recommendations for improvements, and monitor your progress.
